Every puppy purchased from Greiner Shepherd Puppies is accompanied by a 1-Year Health Guarantee against genetic and hereditary health conditions. Our goal is to provide you with a healthy, happy, and well-socialized puppy that will become a cherished member of your family.

Veterinarian Check-Up Requirement

🐾 Mandatory Vet Visit:
Within 4 days of receiving your puppy, you are required to take them to a licensed veterinarian for a comprehensive health check-up. This examination is essential to ensure your puppy’s health and validate our health guarantee.

🐾 Immediate Notification:
If the veterinarian identifies any illness contracted before the delivery date, please contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly to ensure the well-being of your puppy.

Replacement Policy

💔 While we understand that no puppy can replace the unique bond you create with your companion, we believe that a new puppy can help heal the pain of loss. In the unfortunate event of:

• Death within one year of the purchase date due to a genetic health issue.
• Discovery of a health disorder that adversely affects your puppy’s quality of life within the first year.

We will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no additional cost. Please note:

• The cause of death or health condition must be certified by a licensed veterinarian.
• A copy of the official health report must be emailed to us for verification.

Your Role in Maintaining Puppy Health

To uphold the health guarantee, we kindly ask you to:
✅ Submit a copy of the initial health examination (medical record) within 10 business days of receiving your puppy.
✅ Ensure all health checks are conducted by a licensed veterinarian.
✅ Continue proper de-worming and regular health exams until the puppy reaches 21 weeks of age or more, as advised by your veterinarian.
✅ Do NOT re-vaccinate your puppy upon arrival, as we provide age-appropriate vaccinations before shipping.
